At first Christmas day (25th) we traveled with Lisa and Ivan to Valle, Brokke, to Laura and Hallvard. The mountains had some snow and ice on the tops and on the roads, slowing us down. The trip was beautiful though and after 3,5 hours we arrived in Brokke. There we were welcomed by Hallvard and Laura and the two cats (Olivia and Idefix). 

First thing was to put all the presents under the christmastree. Then it took a while before everybody was sitting nicely in their nice clothing around the christmas tree. While the turkey was in the oven for our christmas dinner, we unpacked presents and had a joyfull time together. Before we went for the big dinner we made some nice pictures of us all together (which I hope to get soon to publish, as my own camera is still broken). Then we got a fabulous dinner again from Laura with filled turkey, potatoes, broccoli, apple sauce and cranberries.

After dinner we watched a DVD 'This is England' together. I had a cuddily blanket around me as my flue was on the highest point and I was freezing. After some more drinking and enjoying our time we had a nice bed waiting us. The next morning we had a breakfast in Valle and enjoyed our stay for a couple of hours more until we really had to leave again before darkness falls to Kvinesdal (Darkness starts 3-4pm). At home we did our last cleaning and making rooms ready for the arrival of Audrey, Henry and Peter the next day 27th).
