Just surfed into this website that kept me busy reading for quite a while about nonsense. I don't have that often, but this one did absolutely capture my attention for a while, since I thought at first that I was at an appropriate source of information and after reading the first paragraph it turned out to be something totally weird. The page I am talking about is Uncyclopedia, a parody on Encyclopedia. So while I was looking for the details on a scientific subject, I get some stuff to read that I first thought about: "That can't be true!". then I read on and found passages that made me just mainly laugh. Then I looked at the top of the page and saw a different name and a slightly different logo (a potato instead of a world in puzzle pieces). Uncyclopedia is a satire and parody website. Generally the several different subjects within it has non-information and are intending you to laugh about it. For example a bomb-shelter is a structure, varying in size from hand-held to house-size, designed to keep bombs safe from harm. It generally takes the piss of every subject and in some cases just makes your head spin, such as the case with the subject about Nothing: But such tongue twisting jokes DO catch my attention for sure. So check out your kind of subject or read one of the above that I linked for your convenience. |
